On the completion of “Garunavan I” villa-housing project in Nor Nork, Yerevan and “Garunavan II” residential building complex in Bagrevand, Yerevan, “Advanced Development” and “Tuscan” companies are proud to present their new development project: “Garunavan III”, at Yerevan Bagrevand 51.
The project is located on a 7200 m2 gated area. Buildings occupy only 30% of the total land while 70% of the land is used for internal streets and green landscape.

Through many windows, the apartments get light from three or four directions overlooking the most beautiful sites of Bagrevand district and Ararat Mountain.
The apartments are thermally well insulated. Vapor and fire-proof layers are also installed underneath the façade stones. The exterior walls are insulated with rock-wool. The windows are double glazed and made of 4 chamber metallic-plastic profiles. The buildings are thoroughly examined by authorized inspectors and labelled accordingly.
